'Point Éphémère' Apartments are two newly built luxurious sea view apartments, situated opposite to Kryoneri beach & just a few minutes away on foot from the best bars & restaurants of Zante town. They are equipped with all the amenities needed to ensure a memorable, relaxing and full of comfort stay.

Our Apt1 apartment is situated on the elevated ground floor of the building and consists of two bedrooms, an open plan living room - kitchen area and two bathrooms.

Our Apt2 apartment is situated on the first floor of the building and also consists of two bedrooms, an open plan living room - kitchen area and two bathrooms.

Beds arrangement on each apartment:
1st bedroom: king-size bed (1,60m width), for 2 guests
2nd bedroom: two fold-away wall bunk beds, for 2 guests
Living room: one sofa, for 1 guest

Each apartment and its balcony are private and available for your exclusive use.
